Performance Labs Purchased

Richard Burke has purchased Performance Labs, Inc., Calabasas, CA, from David Mercer upon his retirement. Mr. Burke, who will become the company’s president and CEO, and Mr. Mercer, together founded Performance Labs in 1984. Mr. Burke plans to jumpstart the company’s marketing and sales efforts by expanding partnership and promotional opportunities with existing and new retail channels. Mr. Burke has assembled a management team, including, Steve Naczinski, director of marketing, Phyllis Reutinger, director of sales and Bruce Burke, business affairs manager.
